Returns Policy

At boutique.regents.ac.uk we are dedicated to your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your goods, you have 30 days, from the date of receipt, to return your items to us.  

How to Arrange a Return
To initiate a return, please fill out and submit the online returns form available here

You must e-mail: customercare@streamlinecorporate.com to inform us that you will be sending back an item. 

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

For items over £50.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the original condition with tags and packaging where applicable. 

We will also need a receipt copy to process any returns. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 5 working days. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If 30 days have passed since receipt of your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Exchanges

While we do not offer exchanges for online orders, you can return unwanted items to us for a full refund and place a new order. 

Damaged Products

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any damage caused to the goods in transit must be reported to Streamline in writing with photographic evidence of such damage within 5 days of receipt.

Gifts

If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping charges to the gift giver, who will then be informed about your return.
